When the customer registers his loyalty card, he is able to collect points for purchasing products or taking advantage of promotional offers. Once he has reached a defined score, the customer can get discounts or gifts provided by the program.
The points balance can be verified at the POS at any time. When the loyalty card is swiped, the display shows the balance and the possible discount accumulated by checking whether the value is sufficient to receive gifts or apply any discounts.
In franchises and extended networks of shops and restaurants, you can activate promotional campaigns from the head office by instantly sending the information to all the points of sale of the company. Campaign activation may be restricted to specific outlets or article groups.
