So, Beat, what does BeZucchetti mean to you?
Zucchetti is growing year by year. With this growth, we're bringing in more specialists from various fields with extensive retail know-how. This helps us to bring new ideas and alternative suggestions to our customers and address complex customer demands, as we've already encountered and handled them in similar forms in other projects.

What does Zucchetti's purpose "We innovate to improve your life" mean to you? How do you believe we fulfill this promise to our customers?
Through our strong relationships with customers, numerous internal colleagues in various countries, and a vast partner network, we learn something new every day. These learnings help us embrace innovations, develop them further, and make them available to our customers.

We offer "the power of integration" - what does that mean?
Why is it a strength of Zucchetti?
As our customers' processes undergo increasing digitization, they need to be integrated across systems. This is where Zucchetti comes into play. Whether it's our systems or those of partners, we have the know-how and the power to connect these systems, providing customers with an unbeatable added value.

Can you share a success story where our integrated solutions were utilized?
One of our customers had our cash register system in operation, and we simultaneously used the sales data as one of the data sources for our workforce planning, which the customer also had in use.
