The Challenge

When Organic Garden took over the Helmholtz Munich cafeteria, the team needed a modern, efficient, and user-friendly checkout system. The solution had to match the research centre’s spirit of innovation while solving daily operational issues like long queues at peak times. The goal was to implement digital, future-proof processes with a fast rollout, ease staff workload through automation, and create a seamless, intuitive guest experience.
